I have a collaboration site where people create a document and would want to publish the document to publishing site upon completion of the document. Publishing site has multiple components like document lib1, document lib2, etc on the page. What
client need is, select a document from team site and would want to publish to either document lib1 or lib2 with a workflow in a single click. I am not sure whether it's possible to build ECB menu in SharePoint Online? even if we develop ECM menu like"Publish To", how to map to which library it should go? The customer doesn't want to fill more details ...What is the easiest and best practices to publish from a team site to publishing?
