Are there any costs associated with autohosted apps in SharePoint online / 365? I know there are some costs and limits to Access Apps (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc262787),
but I haven't seen anything on Autohosted apps, e.g. production costs for an e3 subscriber. Specifically Azure related costs or otherwise, i.e. creating an auto hosted app with RERs to handle business logic flow.
