I've seen this asked on several forums over the past few years but I have yet to see a satisfactory solution.
We have several Publisher files saved on SharePoint Online. Whenever someone from our team attempts to open and edit, the file opens in Read Only view, which means the document must be saved with another name and uploaded again to SharePoint (and the old doc must be deleted). This is becoming very frustrating and I'm hoping someone here can help me find a solution to our issue. Thanks in advance!!!
