Monthly recurring task list

I'm looking to create a task list that needs to be completed monthly by multiple users. For example, some tasks need to be done by the 2nd day of the month, 15th, and end of the month. I would like to make this a recurring list and not have to manually create it every month, is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance.
