Sharing files from OneDrive for Business

Can you restrict internal sharing on OneDrive for Business?

The scenario here is that our company is moving to O365 after using file shares for the longest time. We want to limit users using their OneDrive because we want to avoid duplication in SharePoint. Users will save work files to their OneDrive and start sharing from their OneDrive instead of saving in their SharePoint portal. Can we limit that at all?
