We have a sharepoint online site collection which has a term set navigation is using a friendly URL setting. A list is marked as catalog and it has news feed. The catalog & catalog item pages are set to use friendly URLs. The list which is marked as catalog is located in a different site collection. The page which is meant to show the news feed based on the ID, is using Catalog-Item Reuse webpart. The query that is setup to bring the URL with the friendly format is working fine. I am able to see the url with the ID merged in it.
But the problem is the content is not displayed. The page is blank. There is no error message. The page was working fine until somedays back and it stopped working all of a sudden. The initial assumptions were with the crawling issues. Now it is not clear the cause of this problem. I am reluctant to tweak the term set navigation as it might break the site.
I have tried re-indexing the content and it hasn't worked either.
Can anyone help, please?
