Update color of Visio shape based on a specific property value if changed

HI,

I have successfully imported data from our networking database into visio and published to SharePoint (network map).  I was wondering if there is a way that when a page refresh is done, if a certain property of the shape has changed, say, Health Status = 0, the object (in this case - a server) color would automatically update to Red (or whatever you specify).

Does Visio support this?
