Combining 2 web parts into 1

So I am migrating from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online and I ran into an issue. I have to replicate this web part I do not know how it was done before. I have a list of RIGS picture and it's information in one app. Then I have a list of PDF file in one app. What I am trying to do is combine the information into one view in the web part.

and here is second web part (Pic 2)

So I want to be able to combine it like this picture (pic 3)

For some reason I am told to combine it or pull it into 1 web part view. I thought it would be like a web part connection or parameters, but I am stuck.
