Hello,
Using Sharepoint Online (O365 for Business), when I visit a site, the home page loads and then always scrolls to a List (Preview) or Document Library (Preview) web part that is placed in the middle or bottom of the page. You see the top of the page at first, then a second later the page scrolls. This happens in a browser AND when opening on a mobile device, and occurs on both Team sites and Communication sites.
I am not a tenant admin, and have no ability to add javascript to these pages. I can't see/edit the source code in the .aspx file.
This appears to be a Sharepoint Online bug and it is very, very bad for user experience. Please help!
