HTML to display (via Content Webpart) all site collection subsites and users who have full control access

Hi,

Just looking to do the following on a landing page for SharePoint. I need to list all the subsites under the site collection and next to each one I am to list the users who have full control to the site. Preferably in a table format. This is so all users can see what sites already exist and who they need to contact to ask for access. 

Anyway I can use html?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
