We have a site setup on SharePoint Online and a few of our staff are in the members group. We are going through a re-write of some of our training and assessment tools. Up until Thursday everything was fine, however on Friday one of our users started seeing the issue below. We have removed and manually re-added him which didnt work, so then we removed and got him to request access, still didnt work. Anyone have any ideas on where to look next please?
The only other change we have made is to set it up to open automatically in Word, instead of Word Online. But this is working for everyone else.
