My Links migration

Hello Team -

Currently we are using My Links functionality heavily in SharePoint 2013. Now we have built out SharePoint 2016 farm with Hybrid functionality to SharePoint online.

Since we cannot lose exiting my links functionality from SP2013, We have to migrate those my links for the users.

Question is where it should go? Should be under SP2016 profiles? Or under delve SharePoint online?
