Office Developer Tools - Visual Studio 2013

I have Visual Studio 2013 Premium along with Microsoft Office Developer Tools for Visual Studio 2013 ENU (12.0.30626)

However, when I create a new Visual Studio Project, I cannot find "SharePoint Add-In" project template. How can I get the latest office developer tools that include this template? I googled for office developer tools download but could not find one.
