I have added a modern site page, and inside the modern site page i added 2 News modern web parts:-
1. "Chat", its source is the current site.
2. "Net", its source is another site collection.
Now inside the "Chat" News modern web part i can see a link named "See all" beside the web part title, while inside the "Net" News modern web part i can not see this link. so is this related to the fact that the "Chat"
News modern web part will show News pages from the current site so the "See all" link will be shown, while since the "Net" News modern web will show items from different source so the "See all" link will not be shown?? or
there is another reason for this variation ?
