Localization in Sanboxed solution (NCSS)

How can we localize below things in for SharePoint Online (2013)?

1. Site Column display name
2. Content Type
3. List Instance

Is the Satellite Assembly option valid, if Microsoft says.. only No Code Sandbox Solutions are valid in O365?
