I'm using SP 2k13 online with the E3 license. I have a list that contains work and home email addresses for each employee. There are about 100 items in the list, one for each employee. I want to be able to loop thru the list and gather up each home email address, add it SOMEWHERE, along with a semi-colon divider and then be able to take this long string of email addresses and drop it into an email.
Right now, I'm having trouble getting the looping to work, and even if it did work, I'm not sure how to store the string for use elsewhere. a workflow variable is only good for one iteration of the workflow.
Of course I could just export to excel and concatenate a semi-colon to that column, but I wanted to automate this for the customers.
Any thoughts?
