Problems with acess rights after users have been deleted and recreated for onedrive.

Hi there.

We have created a Office 365 solution for a client with Dirsync and it works like a charm, for most users :-)

During setup there were some created some users with Cloud Only identity's for testing purposes (around 10).

When dirsync was activated we deleted the Cloud Only users, to solve sync issues.

Sync issues were solved, however the users that used to have a cloud only identity lost write access to their "Onedrives"

Have attempted to delete the SharePoint online user profile, no luck the user can still not access the data. What is the proper way to solve this in SP online ?
