SharePoint Online - Site Collection Tags to also show documents from Team Site's tagged documents

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to find out how to make documents tagged in Team Sites show up in the Site Collection document library metadata navigation. Can someone help? Is it possible in the first place? Thank you very much!
