Access Denied Error while accessing "Site Settings > Access requests and invitations"

Hi,

I am getting Access Denied Error while accessing "Site Settings > Access requests and invitations" in SharePoint  2013 online. Currently I am the owner of the site and have "FULL CONTROL" access. I am able to access using site collection account. So, what permission I have to give my regular account to access this page?
