I am creating a workflow in SPD2013 that requires multiple approvals in a sequential order. I want the Manager to approve the item before it goes to the Director, the Director to approve before it goes to the VP, etc. I've inserted the Pause for Duration action into each approval stage of the workflow to give that person time to review and update the item before they are sent a reminder.
I can get the workflow to start and it processes fine until it gets to Pause for Duration...then it never resumes. I've tried various durations (5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc.).
Looking on TechNet there are various questions similar to this but they all seem to pertain to SP2007, SP2010 or SP Online. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
