Office 365 Sharepoint public website blog post not found

I have Office 365 Sharepoint public website in German language , There is instaled blog app by default  i can add a post there, but when i click to title and i should be redirected to post detail i get 404 not found error it looks like this :

https://doaminname.com/Seiten/PageNotFoundError.aspx?requestUrl=https://doaminname.com/Blog/Beitrag/16/TestPost

In sharepoint designer there is no Blog folder so i expect that its routing problem.

I found this thread where is explained possible solution :

But even after renaiming the list from Beitraege to Beiträge didnt helped.

I spended hours for searching some solution but i cant figure it out i will be glad for any ideas.
