Document Library query

Hi,

Have some small to medium size customers who are interested in Office 365 SharePoint online. I have been doing some reading online and just want to clarify document library limitations.

Am I correct in thinking that a Office 365 SharePoint online document library can only hold 5,000 files and folders? If so what have people done with customers who want to use SharePoint online but have more files than this? Is the only answer (not very good one) to have multiple libraries?
