How do you compile an audience with Office365 Sharepoint 2013

Hi,

I can create an audience in SharePoint for use with Web parts, however I can't find a way to make the audience compile. The audience is linked to a security group that contains valid members.

I have waited overnight with no change. Can anyone advise how you force the audience to compile, schedule a compile and/or what the defect compile schedule is with Office365 SharePoint audiences?
