Display Promoted links in Multiple Lines

Hi,

I am trying to Display Promoted links in Multiple Lines in sharepoint Online and used the following link for reference:

When editing the webpart I am getting things correct as below:

Once I save this , its showing as list.

Any suggestions or help in this.
