I am trying to create a Web Part to put on our intranet site that provides employees with a list of "Quick Reference Links" to external systems, and I'd like it to display that list of links in 3-4 columns. I've seen it in SP2007, but can't figure out how to do it now that I have to create it.
It would look something like this:

Link 1Link 2Link 3
Link 4Link 5Link 6
Link 7Link 8
Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated.
