In Refinement web part, TrainingType should come as Refiner and on click of that, Training Title and associated Url must come in Right side under Search Results. is this possible by these OOTB web part? which I have decided. please can anyone guide?

how to periodically maintain devices? Say you create a list of devices (user client PCs, Servers, ..), and want the client PCs to be maintained once a month starting in the first week on Monday and the Servers to be maintained in the second week on Monday.
Then when you're maintaining a device, you click that devices, set the checkboxes of the maintained sub-items of that device, and click finish (device is now marked as maintained and has a green background color). Is there a program to do that?

There is a problem which someone wants to share a “File” or “Folder” in library in Sharepoint Online with extern user.
It doesn’t matter if the user choose:” Anyone” or “Specific people “the receiver gets access denied, you don't have access to this resource.
Copy the link and try in private browser gave the reciever also the same error.
- Allow Sharing to authenticated external users is active
- Use shorter links when sharing files and folders is active
- Default Link Type: Anonymous Access – Anyone with the link is active

i get an error trying to apply template with the command Apply-PnPProvisioningTemplate on a site with an alternate language matching my profile.
I am working on a sharepoint online classic team site (which is the root site), which have publishing features enabled. now i want to grant the workflow the ability to have full control, so i follow these steps mentioned on this link https://blog.devoworx.net/2016/01/31/unauthorized-http-workflow-how-to-create-a-workflow-with-elevated-permissions-by-using-the-sharepoint-2013-workflow/
Mainly i did:-
1. enable the "Activate Workflows can use app permissions" feature.
2. i copied the app id from "Site Settings >Below Users and Permissions > Click on Site App Permissions"
3. then i navigate to http://hostname/_layouts/15/appinv.aspx.
4. i paste the app id, click on lookup >> i got the app details.
5. then inside the "APP Permissions Request XML", i typed the following:-

6. click on save but i got this error:-

now the strange thing is that yesterday on a test site collection inside the same tenant, i repeated the same steps and they worked well. but the only differences is that on the
site which worked for me, when i access "Site Settings >Below Users and Permissions > Click on Site App Permissions", i only got one app which is the workflow one, as follow:-

not sure if this can be a reason for the problem ? or what could be the problem for the error i am receiving ?

I have a site collections with multiple large mordern libraries (more than 50k documents - indexed and with folders) , the users would like to have a view of all the documetns that are checkeout by all users. I tried the following:
1) setup a view with filters on checkedoutto column, but I get the listview threshold exceeded message (even though the number of documents checekout is less than 5k).
2) The search route by creating a refinablestring for the checekouttouser, that works but the crawl time sometimes is long and it does nto show realtime data.
3) Manage checekout out documents whith no version in list settings will not work as it does not show the docoments which have checked in versions.
Any other suggestions / recommendations?

Although I am a site collection administrator, when I try to delete uncompleted survey items I get the error.
Item cannot be deleted while on hold.
I had created lot of test entries while creating the survey, and had to 'save & close' without completion. Is there a way to clean these uncompleted entries.
This issue does not come for the Survey 'Completed' entries.

1. For the current user, via API show the Latest used documents in a specific library.
I've tried using the graph, and to filter out documents:
me/insights/used/
The main issue with this is that it's a aggregation of all the things I've used recently in Office365, so it cannot promise that I get results from that specific library.
2. For the current user, via API show the Most Used documents in a specific library.
me/insights/trending
The same thing here, this is all trending items, even though I can filter them.
The other thing I could think of is to use search with a path to the document library, sort the result by ViewsRecently.
But this would not be user specific.

I am in the process of completing a migration from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online. After copying the InfoPath XML form files from my old SharePoint 2010 site to my SharePoint Online site and relinking the forms, I am unable to make changes to any of the copied forms due to the people picker fields being invalid.
The user names in the forms come across as DOMAIN\username instead of just the username. The form allows me to delete the existing DOMAIN\username, enter the username again, and it resolves when you click the "Check Names" button.
I then click the Submit button and despite the fields not being highlighted in red anymore, I still can't submit the form. The form error "InfoPath cannot submit the form because it contains errors." message comes up.
However, if I click the Close button the people picker fields will update and if I select No, I don't want to close the form and click Submit again it will work.
Is there any way to fix this issue without all of the extra clicks?

And the last thing - it is possible, that division HR manager would like to hire more than one employee within single application. If CEO accepts to hire 10 employees, HR staff will have to proceed 10 recruitments and as a result ask for 10 permissions from division manager and 10 IT applications for accesses and equipment. In that case, single workflow task will spawn another 10. Is it possible at all to implement it within Sharepoint online?
