Hi. I've developed a SharePoint app which includes a workflow using these links (among many others):

My app is definitely connected and online - with my SP Online DEV site.
QUESTION #1: Is the "Library or List to associate your workflow with" drop-down supposed to be reading from the lists in the site? Or am I supposed to create a list that's a copy of the 'real' list to which I want to eventually associate the workflow?
QUESTION #2: I've tried deploying using F5 to the DEV site, as well as trying to deploy the WSP, AS WELL AS publishing the app to both the DEV and PROD site. I've activated the app, but it never appears in the list of workflows to select.
It is not listed in the "site workflows" list, nor is it listed here "/sites/dev/_layouts/wrkmng.aspx".
If anyone can share the secrets, or point me to a definitive, working tutorial showing how to develop and deploy workflows to SharePoint online using Visual Studio 2013, I'd be grateful!
