Reg: Sync in task lists

Hi team,

Im here with a question. We are developing a site in sharepoint 2010 and in that we have an ms-project tasklist in the home page and its link is given to the Ms project task list in another page. so, what we want is if I update any task inthe task list which is in the home page, the updated task must be updated in the ms-project list also, and this should be done without using a workflow. Is this possible??????

or is there any solution for syncing these properly???

Please help me out ASAP.
