Get login name App Web Access published on Sharepoint site

Hi, I'm finalizing the creation of a database access as sharepoint web app, the publishing service of the app integrated with Office 365.
My question is, in my old local database access, I could use the query filtering the results based on the user who loggava database. For example it was enough to use the criterion [CurrentUser] in the "user" of the query and I returned only the results matching the user name.
I recreated a similar query to the new database, but no longer accepts [CurrentUser] as a criterion, does not recognize the parameter. Since the app must be logged in to access the web, you know if there is a parameter that returns the user's name?
Or, what other alternative could be to filter results based on the user logs in?
There is a Powershell command Get-SPOUser, but I do not know if I can use it in a query. I can use Get-SPOUser?
Thanks a lot!!
