SharePoint Online iOS9 name field not populating

I am noticing that with iOS 9 that name fields on a form in SharePoint Online no longer populate with suggestions when you start typing in them in iOS 9. I tried it on iOS 8 and the form works properly and suggests a valid user when I start to enter text into a name field. I have tried this in both Safari and Chrome on an iPad running iOS9.

Any suggestions.
