Unable to open Office files with Sharepoint 365 and Office 2016 x64

I have Office 2016 64-bit installed on my computer. I am unable to open any office files files *.docx, *.pptx from our Sharepoint server. The sharepoint server is currently Office 365.

Every time I try to open it either from the sharepoint site or directly using File Open to the Sharepoint Site, it asks for the email address of the account, and then gives me a Page is not Displayed Error.

I do not have more details on the URL since it does not allow me to resize the dialog.
