I am using the search results web part in SharePoint online to display user details including exchange photo's. I am uploading user photos for SharePoint search via O365 Exchange admin center. SharePoint search seems to display 90% of these photos but 10% doesn't show? I have used the same upload process for all users. Is there a restriction on what image size SharePoint search will display? I have configured the search results to only show the thumbnail image, not the full size image:
