I created a List Workflow in SharePoint Designer 2013 for a list in SharePoint Online. When I try to save or publish the workflow the save dialog runs without errors but the unsaved asterisk (*) in the tab doesn't disappear and the workflow doesn't show up in the Workflow section of Designer or in the Workflow settings for the associated list.
Designer says my version is 5 (15.0.0.4455) and I have tried restarting Designer and using a different list. Workflows do save for a different site in the same collection. Another admin tried on his computer and got the same problem, so it's unlikely to be a local file issue.
