questions related to SharePoint Access Service 2013/2016.

I want to convert my Access 2003 application in to Access 2013 or 2016 web application. So I can put them in the Office Store. But getting answer on which subscription product I should has been difficult.  I want to do it cheap until I know Access Web App is up to the jobs as my old Access 2003 apps have lots of VBA code that has to be converted to macros and SQL.

Office 365 Home - Has access and is the chepest subscription option.  But does not have SharePoint Access Services and Excel excludes Excel Power BI functions.  

SharePoint Online Plan 2 - Has SharePoint Access Services.

So by combining the above should get what I want cheap.

Office 365 ProPlus - Has Access and  Excel includes Power BI functions.  It also has some SharePoint features.  But unable to determine fir it include SharePoint Access Service.

If Office 365 ProPlus has the right combination of features I would like to buy/subscribe and don't mind paying more as I like Power BI.

But get conflicting answers from sales staff and conflicting information in the product comparison pages.

Hoping some one has these product and can tell me what is include and not in Office 365 ProPlus

• Was told by one Microsoft person Office 365 ProPlus includes SharePoint Access Services and told by another it does not.

• Was told by one Microsoft person Office 365 ProPlus minimum bundle is 5 users and told by another it is single user.

• Was told by one Microsoft person Office 365 ProPlus SharePoint can host Power BI pages created with Excel Power BI tools and told by another it can not.

• Was told by one Microsoft person Office 365 ProPlus and SharePoint Online Plan 2 to host Access Web Apps with SharePoint Access Service I also need to purchase/subscribe Azure SQL and told by another I did not.

So here are my questions:

1. Does Office 365 ProPlus includes SharePoint Access Services?
2. What is the minimum number of user licences I must buy if I purchase Office 365 ProPlus (1, 5 or more)?
3. Does Office 365 ProPlus SharePoint host Power BI pages created with Excel Power BI tools?
4. If I buy Office 365 ProPlus or Point Online Plan 2 to host Access Web Apps with SharePoint Access Service will I also need to purchase/subscribe Azure SQL?

Here are some extra question that maybe some one can help with:

5 Do any of the SharePoint online plans provide the ability to create database on SharePoints SQL Server?

6 Do any of the SharePoint online plans offer the abilityif I have a database with tables on a the sharepoint sql server or a azure sql server can I connect to it with sharepoint so it appears as a sharepoint list?

7 In any of the SharePoint online planscan changes in sharepoint list that are attached to external sql table. where the change happens from in side sharepoint trigger a workflow in sharepoint?

8 In any of the SharePoint online plans can changes in sharepoint list that are attached to external sql table. where the change happens from out side sharepoint trigger a workflow in sharepoint?

9 If I have a publish access web app on a sharepoint server usings access services.  Can I publish additional access web apps to the sharepoint sever and point them to the same database created when publishing the first access web app?

10 When publishing a Access web app to sharepoint server using access services can you control the name of the database and server that the database is created.

11 When publishing a Access web app to sharepoint online plan 2 where is the sql database created when publishing the access application? (on the sharepoint sql server, a separate sql server or on an azure sql server purchase under another subscription)

12 Publishing and Access Web App how do you find out where the apps SQL database is located and what it is called?

13 If I know the name and location of the data base is is possible to connect to the table or views using ODBC or ADO or BCS to read or update the databases directy if using a SharePoint Online Plan?

Sorry for the number of questions.  I have seen a number of people ask similar question in other forms.  But no body knows the answer.  Microsoft support told m to ask these questions here.
