Has anything changed in O365 - SharePoint Online in the last 2 days. We have add-ins that have been working fine but now have stopped working. It seems to only impact add-ins that have add-in web parts where data is written back to the app web from an add-in web part added to the host web. The issue seems to be around the request executor function:
O365SuiteServiceProxy.RequestExecutor.sendPostMasseage
