SharePoint Designer 2013 not saving list view changes in SPO Record Center Site Collection

Hello All, 

I have the need to make the "Title" column of a document library view to a link to item (LinkToItem).This library is on a site collection created using the "Record Center" site template. I tried the <FieldRef Name="Title" LinkToItem="TRUE"/> and it doesn't work on sites created using a Record Center site template. It works perfect on Team Sites.

I lose all the changes to the library view every time I re-open the file in SharePoint Designer 

I'm using SharePoint Designer 2013 on Office 365 SharePoint Online
