Web Apps remove share

I did a pretty good job hiding all O365 share buttons and links (using CSS). The only Share button left is in Office Web Apps, top right. Word and Excel name it Share and PowerPoint calls it Share with people.

Sharing is disabled at site level but I'm trying to prevent users seeing other email addresses and names of people the document was shared with.

Any ideas are appreciated,
