"Send To" Connections | Moving files into different site collections

Hi 

I am trying to achieve the "Send To" connection functionality through SharePoint Designer workflow.

Within SharePoint Designer workflow I am trying to call this web service to use this web service "https://project.sharepoint.com/sites/projectTeam/_vti_bin/OfficialFile.asmx" and use PUT method of it submit the file destination site collection's Drop Off Library.

Any pointers will be highly appreciable.
