How do I write a "or" statement in SharePoint Designer 2010/2013 Workflow

I have found  on web where it says to use ll for the  "or" statement

but I cant seem to get this to work:

if Title equals  Saudi Arabia || Qatar || United Arab Emirates || Egypt || Bahrain || Guam || Philippines || Japan || Korea || Singapore || Malaysia || Australia || India || Thailand || Vietnam

then update a column

I have 4 different regions  and this is just one  OR  statement ...

but none of the OR statements are working....  Any ideas and or is this even correct?
