office-365 site +publishing page layout+ add a web part automatically

Hi,

I have a office 365 site, where i am uploading my WSP file through the VS-2012,

i have a page layout and here i need to add a web part previously that means when i create a page using that layout then

web part should be populated automatically. 

I did same by, first add web part in site page->open this in designer copy added web part tag->paste in my page layout

it is populating but now i am not able to edit or delete.

Please give me suggestion what i am doing wrong or if there is any other way.
