Hi All,
Please help me in developing the form in SharePoint online for the below requirements.
1) Form having different fields(textbox, checkboxes, parent-child dropdowns in the same site).
2) In the form there is a seperate workflow section where user have 2 person/group fields. One for adding to the approvers section and other for adding to the informed section. If the user type approver name in the peoplepicker1 field and have option to add to the approvers section(Likewise user can add multiple approvers to this section) and same functionality for the Informed section.
3) User have a option to change the sequence of approvers in the approvers section
4) User will submit the form with above criteria and emails will be sent to the approvers and each approver have the option approve/reject the request. Please refer the screenshot.

Kindly suggest any approach to achieve this form and let me know If I confuse anything.
