All Files option of Site Navigation missing Missing in SharePoint Designer

HI ALL,

           I have full control on the Site and my account is in "Site Owners" group of the site. When I try to open the site in Designer for applying header , footer and background color I found"All Files" option of Site Navigation missing Missing in SharePoint Designer .Be low is the image
