Hi, I have a few questions related to employee photos in O365 and AD (these questions came up during a privacy law discussion):
- If an employee uploads their photo via Skype for Business, is that the same photo that gets referenced in the "thumbnailPhoto" attribute in ADUC?
- Is the uploaded photo actually stored in the employee's MySite in Sharepoint Online? If not, where is it actually stored?
- When an employee terminates and their AD account is disabled, does their photo actually get deleted from their MySite (if that's where it resides)? Or does the photo remain there and only the pointer from AD gets removed?
