We are currently using MS SharePoint online and MS Project Online. We have Project online configured to create a connected SharePoint site (project site) whenever a new project is created. Both the Project and Project sites are being created successfully.
The Project Site creates three(3) groups Owners, Members and Visitors. The user creating the Project, automatically gets added to the Owners group.
Problem: We would like to automatically add users or groups to the Members group of the Project Site (not Project Web App Synchronized groups).
Purpose: We want certain users to have access to only the Project Site and not the Project itself, schedules or any of its properties.
Can this process be achieved via SharePoint security administration ?
