Can we manage the User's info shown inside the Delve page (such as changing the User's direct manager or the job title) from sharepoint

We are working on a sharepoint online which have "Office 365 Enterprise E3" plan. and currently when we click on a username (for example inside the created-by field inside an item or document), we will be redirected to a page inside Delve with URL such as https://gbr.delve.office.com/?u=******&v=work , as follow:-

and the Delve page will show the user's picture, job title, phone number, email address & the direct manager of this user and other job hierarchy under the "Organization" block.

so my question is how we can change these info for the users?, let say the job title for the user changed? or his job hierarchy inside the Organization chart changed? is this something related to sharepoint or to other component inside Office 365??
