Hi there, I have a big problem, I have developed a large public website on SharePoint Online, and have completed load testing as its going live next week. I get 503 errors as soon as more than 5000 concurrent users connect to the site.
Surely this cannot be right ? As I am in big trouble if this is the case. I have the following questions:
1. Do you have any information on the load allowed on a SharePoint Online site ? concurrent users/server load
2. I assume Server Resources in the site collection ONLY refer to sandbox solutions , which I have none of. If it does will allocating more users to the site give the site collection more resources?
3. Does your licence have anything to do with how much server resources you are allocated, this site is built on A2, it is an education site and has large number of student and teachers accessing it
4. As we speak I am now getting 403 errors and even SharePoint is not responding I assume this is some built in DOS type block, when will access be restored to my site ?
